Delivery within South Africa is Free.
International deliveries is charged based on your location and the volumetric weight of the products you are ordering.
Accurate shipping costs are calculated on the cart/checkout page of our website so please proceed to the cart/checkout page to get calculate your delivery cost.
Shipping times vary based on the products you are purchasing.
On each product page you will see a product status of either ‘In stock’ or ‘Made to order’.
In stock: Your order will be shipped out immediately and you will receive your product with 4 to 7 working days regardless of your location in the world.
Made to order: Please allow between between 4 – 6 weeks for the Lily and Petal products and 6 – 8 weeks for the Ukhamba range. You will be notified once your products has been manufactured and ready to ship. Once your order has been shipped, please allow our usual shipping times of between 4 – 7 working days.
We offer multiple payment options based on your location.
Direct Bank Transfer
Available to all customers in all locations. Simply select this option when checking out, you will then receive our banking details to process the payment. Please forward proof of payments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that your order will only be processed once funds are received.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
All our products come standard with a 12 month warranty that ONLY covers the workmanship.
The 12 month warranty begins once the order has been dispatched.
As our products are handmade, we unfortunately DO NOT accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES except under the following circumstances:
- If your piece gets lost or damaged during delivery, we offer a replacement or full refund.
- In case of Damage, you must notify us immediately upon same day of arrival. It is compulsory to take photos on the same day of arrival, of the package and the damaged product, notify us and the shipping company (DHL) via Email in order to file the case properly.
- If damage report is not filed as described above we will not consider it a damaged case.
In the event of a successful return request, the following costs will be involved and deducted from your refund:
- Any shipping costs involved in the return such as Customs, VAT, additional Fees or Custom Fines.
Please note: We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us. If the package is lost during returning process we will unfortunately not Refund.
